About me

Hello there! My name is Ella Sentner.

I am truly excited to help you relax and restore from the demands of this stressful world. My approach is rooted in a unique blend of scientific understanding and deep energetic experience.

With a background in Neuropsychology, I have always found it important to understand the “why” behind our well-being from a logical and evidence-based point of view. Current scientific research is increasingly showing how our “energy body”—or biofield—deeply relates to our physical experience, influencing everything from our immune response to our nervous system regulation.

However, when I began my own journey into energy healing, I experienced shifts that exceeded my initial ability to logically understand. I was moved beyond the analytical mind and forced to feel. Through this profound process of feeling, I felt more alive than ever before.

Today, I work with various healing modalities, but the core mission of The Calm System is always the same: to help you relax and release. Whether we are working on nervous system regulation or somatic clearing, my goal is to provide a safe space where your body and mind can finally find their way back to center.
